Shipping and Delivery Time-frame

o  Most orders can be prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time we receive them. Unless otherwise requested and arranged, we ship via standard FedEx or UPS ground service. Through this service, we are typically able to reach most of the southern U.S. in 1 to 2 days, and most of the U.S. within 3 days. Some locations take longer. See the FedEx website or UPS website for any updated map data or policy changes on their part. Contact us if you have questions. We can NOT guarantee delivery according to the carrier's delivery map, but we have typically found them to be very reliable.

o  If you have special or rush shipment needs, please contact us to make those arrangements. Expedited shipping and delivery fees are higher.

Refund Policy

o  Because our products are individually created, they are always fresh, and always made from the finest ingredients. We do not ever "stock" any product. Although we have never had anyone not like and enjoy our scones, people's tastes do vary. We cannot offer refunds because an order is not to someone's individual taste.

o  However, we always stand behind the quality of our product. If a shipment arrives damaged or compromised in any way, we will gladly ship out a replacement order. In fact, we want to! It is important to us that you, our valued customer, communicate any concerns with us regarding the quality of the product you receive. We may ask that the damaged product be returned to us for evaluation, or that photos of the packaging be sent to us. Evaluation of circumstances to determine whether a replacement order is warranted is purely at the discretion of Sweet Savour Bakery.

o  We do not offer cash refunds, though we reserve the right to make a rare exception in extraordinarily unusual circumstances, purely at our discretion.
